Founder led is not a slogan here. The person you speak to on the first call is the person who builds and runs your system.
I started Velorax on a simple observation: most businesses do not have a technology problem, they have an ownership problem. The website was built by one vendor, the ads run by another, the reporting by nobody. We at Velorax exist to be the single team that builds the system and runs it.
We work hands on across the stack, from engineering to acquisition to the automation in between, out of South Africa and open to work anywhere.
The proof is in how we run Velorax itself. The outreach, auditing, and reporting behind this site are systems we built and operate every day.
How we work
Three things we will not compromise on.
Founder led delivery
No account managers, no handoffs between departments. Scope, build, and upkeep sit with the same team, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Systems that run themselves
We do not hand over a deliverable and disappear. Everything we build is designed to keep working after launch, monitored and maintained by the same team that built it.
Proof before pitch
We run our own operations on the same systems we sell. If we recommend something, it is because it already works for us.
