For accounting, tax and bookkeeping practices
We request every document, chase it politely in your practice's name until it's in, check it when it arrives, and send you a one-page report every Monday. You approve every message. We run it.
Every document on your checklist for that client, asked for in your practice's name, on a message you approved.
Polite reminders on working days 3, 7 and 12, listing only what's still missing. Never more than one message a client a day.
Right document, right person, right period, readable, all pages. If something's wrong, the client is asked again in plain words.
After three reminders, one message to your named person listing who hasn't sent what. We stop chasing those until you say.
Every Monday
What was requested, what came in, what's still outstanding and for how long, and the staff hours it saved, worked out from your own figures. The definitions are agreed with you before the first request goes out, so nobody argues about the numbers.
The example is a demonstration: a fictional practice and fictional clients, run through the same system a real desk uses.

Nothing is invoiced until you say go ahead, and the pilot comes with its money back if it doesn't do what the report says it should.
R2,500
five working days
We count the hours your team spends chasing today, write the checklists and messages with you, and send the first 20 requests to clients you choose. Credited in full against the pilot.

30 days on the clients you pick, with the Monday report. If outstanding documents aren't down by a third at day 30, or the report shows fewer than 10 staff hours saved, the pilot fee is refunded.
R6,500
a month, up to 100 active clients · R9,500 up to 300
The desk running every working day, the report every Monday. An active client is one with an open request that month, so you never pay for clients who've already sent everything. Month-to-month. All prices exclude VAT.
Each message lists only what's still missing, goes out on working days in office hours, and never more than once a day. After three reminders we stop and hand the client to you, rather than keep pushing.
Keep it. The desk works alongside it: requests can point clients to your portal, and documents can be filed where your software expects them. What the software doesn't do is the chasing; that's the part we take.
We use software, including AI, to draft the messages from your templates and to check what arrives. A person reviews anything that isn't a clear pass, and you approve every template before anything is sent. What you're buying is the result: documents in, counted every Monday.
Email from your own domain from day one. WhatsApp in your practice's name once Meta has verified the number, which usually takes a few weeks; email carries the pilot until then.
It's built for accounting, tax and bookkeeping practices first. Conveyancers use the same desk for FICA and transfer documents, with their own checklists.
Tell us roughly how many clients you chase in a busy month. We'll show you the desk working on a demonstration practice and what it would look like on yours.
